Pilot cases

To gain hands-on experience in innovative recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), four pilot projects were launched as part of InnoAquaTech. Each pilot focused on a specific technology in RAS and is implemented in a South Baltic Sea region.

Fish and microalgae production under controlled conditions

Fish and microalgae production under controlled conditions

With this pilot scale demonstration, Danish Technological Institute, InnoAquaTech will calculate the viability and potential productivity of combining fish farming in RAS with the cultivation of microalgae.
