Jens Christian Aagenæs has 25 years of experience as Project Manager in the field of Change Management, leading change projects in different sectors, with the goal of optimizing processes and leadership. His facilitation role has been to work as a Leadership coach and mentor on the projects to secure lasting change. He has two Business Coach Certifications, one from the US, and one from Canada, and has represented the last-mentioned school from Canada in Scandinavia for 15 years.

He has a degree from Århus University in French combined with International Marketing & Export, working with export sales primarily in Europe for 10 years. For the last 2 years his focus has been to develop his company Sustainabilitynow, working as advisor for organizations in developing sustainable processes within Leadership and Organizational Development. He has worked as coach for many different branches in smaller and larger companies, from start-ups to Maersk Construction.
