Globetrotter and Professor in Chemistry
Motivation to join Alliance as a mentor for Blue Growth
Oceans and their resources have always fascinated Xavier. Two thirds of Earth surface are water yet most of our food originates from terrestrial production. This must change and we must figure out how to exploit the oceans respectfully and in a sustainable way.The University of Southern Denmark is located on an Island. Therefore, isn’t it logical that the seas and their resources are the focus of the research of several research groups at this university?
